The Frabo product lines are designed for gluing natural and synthetic materials on soft and rigid substrates, such as expanded polyurethanes of all densities (even slow memory), layers, felt, wadding and fabrics.

AQUAGUM® bi-component
Water-based spray adhesive completely solvent-free.
Two-component, to be used with the appropriate catalyst.
High thermal resistance.
Excellent yield.
Immediate initial setting with open time up to approximately 30 minutes.
Spraying on both sides and, in the case of undemanding bonding, even on one side only.
Specific for all gluing in the upholstery and mattress sector, polyurethane foam and similar, fabrics, wadding, wadding, wood and polystyrene.
Blue or white color.

AQUAGUM® single-componen
Water-based spray adhesive completely solvent-free, single-component, specific for all processes in the upholstered furniture and mattress industry.
Being a one-component product, it can be applied with a normal airbrush and with processing times and methods similar to those of a normal solvent-based adhesive.
AQUAGUM® M/320-D
One-component water-based roller adhesive, completely solvent-free.
Specific for all processes that require application with a roller machine: mattresses, pillows, etc.
With the addition of the specific Frabo catalyst, considerably faster adhesions are obtained.

Aquagum B/194
Two-component water-based adhesive, to be used in combination with our CAT/194 or CAT/IM catalysts, totally solvent-free adhesive, specific for gluing the most varied materials used in the production of mattresses. Non-flammable and non-harmful product. Bonding with high thermal resistance.
Aquagum B/200 UV
Two-component water-based adhesive, to be used in combination with our CAT/194 or CAT/IM catalysts, totally solvent-free adhesive, specific for gluing the most varied materials used in the production of upholstery. Non-flammable and non-harmful product. Gluing with soft glue line.
Aquagum IM
Two-component water-based adhesive, to be used in combination with our CAT/194 or CAT/IM catalysts, totally solvent-free adhesive, specific for bonding expanded materials to themselves, fabrics in general or wood, plastics and the like. Non-flammable and non-harmful product. Bonding with high thermal resistance.
Aquagum M/306-2R
Mono-component water-based adhesive, totally solvent-free, specific for gluing the most varied materials used in the upholstery of car interiors (door panels, ceilings, seats…) Times and methods of use similar to a normal solvent-based adhesive. Non-flammable and non-harmful product.
Aquagum M/312F
Mono-component water-based adhesive, totally solvent-free, specific for gluing expanded materials to themselves, fabrics in general or wood and the like. Non-flammable and non-harmful product. Times and methods of use similar to a normal solvent-based adhesive. Strong stickiness, also suitable for poorly absorbent materials.
Pression HM180
Solvent-based vinyl acetate adhesive. Specific for gluing details in leather, fabric, cardboard and wooden friezes on furniture in general. Suitable for do-it-yourself. Good adhesion even on polished woods. Transparent adhesive packed in bottles.
Respan K8/ARS
Solvent-based adhesive, with a very high solid residue (about 60%) specific for gluing the most varied materials used in the production of mattresses. Application on one side only. The very high dry residue allows for even fewer emissions of solvent into the air, and for a very high yield (less use of adhesive). Thanks to its specific solvent blend, this product is particularly ecological, and is not labeled with the symbolism of irritating and polluting the environment (like normal solvent-based adhesives).
Respan K8/E
Thermoplastic-based spray adhesive, also applicable on one side only. High dry residue, lower emission of solvents in the air. Excellent yield. Good stickiness. Suitable for all processing of polyurethane foam, latex foam and polystyrene on various supports. Transparent straw and red color. There are two other cheaper versions: the RESPAN K8 and the RESPAN K8/E.
Respan K8/SUPER
Solvent-based adhesive, with a high solid content (about 50%) specific for gluing the most varied materials used in the production of mattresses. Application on one side only. The high dry residue allows for less solvent emissions into the air, and for a very high yield (less use of adhesive).
Respan KE/7710
Solvent-based adhesive, with a dry residue of about 35%, specific for gluing the most varied materials used in the production of upholstery. Application from two sides.
Respan KE/SUPER
Solvent-based adhesive, with a dry residue of about 40%, specific for gluing the most varied materials used in the production of mattresses. Application from two sides and, in the case of undemanding gluing, also from one side only. Excellent yield and good sprayability
Respan PAGLIERINO
Solvent-based polychloroprene adhesive, specific for the most varied materials used in the production of office seating. Specific for bonding where good thermal resistance is required. Product with good tack and good sprayability.
Respan PLR
Polychloroprene-based spray adhesive. Excellent thermal resistance, and good yield. Superior type product suitable for difficult bonding of wood/laminate and metals.
Aquagum B/194 EC

Non-flammable and non-harmful product. Bonding with high thermal resistance. Adhesive suitable for gluing even on difficult materials such as plastics and woods. Quick grab.
Aquagum M/313
Mono-component water-based adhesive, totally solvent-free, specific for gluing the most varied materials used in the upholstery of car interiors (door panels, ceilings, seats…) Similar times and methods of use to a normal solvent-based adhesive. Non-flammable and non-harmful product.
Aquagum M/316-D
Water-based adhesive with roller application by automatic machine, specifically for bonding polyurethane foam in the production of boxed mattresses, where immediate setting is required.
Aquagum M/321-D
Water-based adhesive with roller application by automatic machine, specifically for bonding polyurethane foam in the production of sandwich mattresses.
Pivigum W/SP
Solvent-based polyurethane adhesive, to be used after hot reactivation. Specific for gluing fabrics and leather on expanded polyurethanes and on chair shells. Transparent product, with good sprayability.
Respan Extra
Solvent-based polychloroprene adhesive, specific for bonding leather to themselves or to expanded polyurethane, wood and plastics. Specific for bonding where good thermal resistance is required. Product with high yield and good sprayability.
Respan K 403
Thermoplastic based spray adhesive. Good thermal resistance. Good stickiness. Suitable for all processing of expanded resins, even in the presence of material under tension. Transparent straw and red color.
Respan K8/ARS-F

Respan PLI
Solvent-based polyurethane adhesive. Specific for bonding expanded polyurethanes. Transparent product, good sprayability, very soft glue line.
Respan PLR/SUPER
Polychloroprene-based spray adhesive. Excellent yield. Excellent thermal resistance. Good sprayability. Suitable for even difficult gluing of plastic laminates, polyurethanes, PVC, ABS, leather, metal, stainless steel to themselves and to wood. Light straw and red colour.
